FENI Keynote Speaker: Chef Gale Gand

Chef Gale Gand is a nationally acclaimed pastry chef, restaurateur, cookbook author, television personality, teacher, entrepreneur, and mother. Chef Gand has been recognized as Outstanding Pastry Chef of the Year by The James Beard Foundation and by Bon Appetite magazine.

FENI Speaker: Chef Karyn Calabrese

Chef Karyn Calabrese is Chicago's premier vegan and raw restauranteur and champion for holistic living. Karyn Calabrese was awarded the First Annual Raw and Living Foods Golden Branch Award in 2002 for introducing the idea of raw and living foods to the greatest number of people in the mainstream public.

 


The 16th Annual FENI Summit is an outstanding lineup of hands-on master classes, cutting edge breakout sessions, a welcome reception on the evening of Friday, November 7 and an optional culinary tour with lunch

Primary emphases will be on savory ways and baking. The challenges educators and trainers face today motivating students, mastering new skills and managing classrooms will also be addressed. Networking opportunities are a significant part of the conference, allowing attendees to share knowledge and cultivate ideas with their fellow educators.
